Daytime riding Lights

Whilst out on the bike today nice sunny day for once. I was passed by a guy on a bike that had handlebar wind protectors over his leavers that had built in bright white LED lights forming a strip right across the front of leavers both sides making the bike really stand out I could see him coming up behind a mile off. What I want to know is where can I get a pair of these Wind/Hand protectors I've seen the plastic trials type but not these LED ones.

Wow yes thanks there very expensive did not realise they were that price, I think I will leave it and keep me ordinary handle bar muffs on.

You can't beat a good MUFF in this cold weather, eh ??
