Can anyone help me?ive just got a enfield two cylinder opposed stationary engine in pieces and im try to find a manual to assist me putting it back together.It is a millitary one and on the engine plate it has Enfield Engine 350cc and ref no420x92 and serial no geu 1730.Ihope someone can help me as i would like to get the engine up and running

Dave, you could try the Royal Enfield Owners Club. I know the Archive contains some material about these engines because a while ago I provided a couple of Owners Manuals and the then Archivist said he was building up material on them as he had quite a few enquiries. It's not expensive to join the Club and you can do it online. Hope this helps, REgards, Mark

Hi matey !!--------I worked on the Marine version whilst defending "Her Maj" on the "briney"---- well, it was in Plymouth sound to be more accurate !!------------- Try the Enfield Ho2 ( a diesel one) fitted in clinker-built whalers....This might help}-----

If you have a 1950's mark I engine, then the instruction manual is available here as a PDF...

mine is a petrol one so im still looking
