just wandering that special tools are really nessesery??
i will be doing a complete engine transmission and possable gear box strip and rebuild
pluss work on the forks
i can make some tools but need to now what i really need.

I don't know if there is a tool for the electric start itself but for the rest of the basic Bullet you don't really need anything that a competent home mechanic can't get round. The only tricky bit might be removing the pinion on the end of the crank for which there is a tool. It is often very tight but sometimes is loose if you are lucky! Have a look in the Accessory Catalogue on this site, it lists all the tools for all models.

Mark's right, you can manage without special tools. These are designed to make life easier for people who are doing engine work every day. As long as you're not in a tearing hurry I should proceed without and, if you get stuck, order the special tool. Mr H has a reputation for super-fast delivery. Mark makes a point about the crank pinion but mine came off with a bit of heat without the special puller.

The only specials I needed were a valve spring compressor and the tool for removing/installing valve guides. Copper/Hide hammer is useful, if used only in moderation!

welder is handy to run a bead of weld around the inside of the timing side bearing so it will drop out

Tappet guide puller , camshaft spindle puller , engine sprocket puller . idler spindle puller ...it all depends on how worn the engine is .
valve spring compresser is a must I would think .
