I have just pulled my Crossbred barrel off and I can't believe the condition of the OEM piston I fitted. This motor has done close to 20,000ks since I put it together and the piston is like new. I can see no reason as to why I should replace it. We had terrible problems with pistons pulling the tops off on the cast iron engines with many doing less than 10,000ks before imploding. I now believe the problem was not the pistons but most likely bad crank assembly

Hi Norm: Does this mean that you can go riding without carrying a spare piston in your pocket? Er, did I phrase that correctly?

Hi Leon, I haven't had time to ride anywhere over the last few months and today was the first time I have been able to work on my bikes. At least the Inter has been performing as it should
