Can anyone please tell me where I can get the corretc grease nipples for my Ehfields. I have 3 RE models, all with girder forks that need grease nipples. They need to be quite short threaded so that they dont rub on the fork spindles. I am not sure what thread they are supposed to be. Any help on what type and where they can be sourced would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, Hitchcocks should have them, I've bought them from Allan before for my WD/CO. He should have the spark plugs you nee too.
It is so important to support our hosts, even more so if you have an early Redditch bike. Without good support they wouldn't be able to remanufacture so many impossible to find early parts.

Cheers

Paul

If Hitchcocks can`t help, try the Morris Minor Club; those cars had so many grease nipples to service, the car came with a grease gun as part of the tool kit.

Yes, I can vouch for Leon there as have owned 4 variants down the years..............Also, why not just put "grease nipples" on E-Bay ??

Although fitted with 'grease nipples', some girder fork need oil lubrication rather than grease. You can get low cost oil guns for applying oil via grease nipples. Worth checking with the original workshop manual. I always oiled my WD/CO girders.
