Has any one got details of the right clock fitted to a 1966 crusader sports ?

ie clock code (usally found at the bottom of the face) / face colour / mph


Also - Any one got a spare crusader chain guard kicking about under their feet and wana get rid off by any chance?

Was there a Sports in 66? Thought there was only Continental and Continental GT?

H'i Guru just checked my 1963 crusadersport and the speedo has a black face and has the code SC 3303/20 1692 on it hope this is of help to you. Steve.

Another question! This this time its on the nacele light switch! I have just removed the switch after releasing the wires from their worm screw housings, but have just found two wavey copper tabs spare it looks like one goes on top of the other but not sure where they are from, The only worm screw which i taken out fully was the one which held the doubble eyelet connector (brown wires)all the other worm screws i just loosened off enough just to remove the wires. Can you or anyone else confirm where these tabs locate.
if someone has a switch handy maybe they can have a scan at the terminals just to check for me please

Yep its a 1966 Crusader Sport for sure, log book details tally and REOC records support the log book details, the Crusader was sent out from the Reditch factory on Jan 2nd 1966. must have been one of the last Crusaders built (well somone has to be last)
