Hello All. Just noticed that the Connie I'm rebuilding has a HUGE sprocket on the back wheel with 52 teeth (bolt-on type). The gearbox sprocket has 21 teeth. The manual says 20 teeth on g'box but doesn't specify wheel sprocket size. I suspect this setup may result in low overall gearing, what should it be? Should I fit one of Mine Host's bolt-on sprockets with fewer teeth, and if so how many?
Thanks, Stephen

46T is standard on the integral sprocket/brake drum. Sounds like you have one of the optional for (American) Indian detachable sprockets, usually on the competition oriented models like the Woodsman. Our Hosts do have some of these sprockets, best email them to check what sizes are available.

Hi Mark, what size engine sprocket did they fit to the Connies and was it only the Inters when they dropped it back from 33 to 39?
