I am currently restoring a 1953 Meteor.
I have a parts book and a workshop manual, but the workshop manual does not have any torque values in it.
Does anyone have a complete list of torque values for this bike?
Particularly for the final drive nut, head stud nuts, con rod bolts, clutch, timing gear bolts, worm drive and crank case halve stud nuts.

Dookie, welcome to the world of 1950s technology! You won't find any originally published figures for any of these. Experience has shown that about 22-23 foot pounds is right for big end bolts and cylinder head nuts. Forget the rest, just use common sense and a bit of Loctite if you need. On the cylinder head, do the inside 2 first. Use our Host's hardened steel washers under the sleeve nuts, (they are listed for Bullets but work just as well on Twins) to prevent the washer crushing alloy into the stud holes, this will help head removal next time.

I thought it would be unlikely that there were published specs on the torque values.
Thanks for the torque info on the head studs and big ends, they are probably the most important for me right now.
I knew about the hardened steel washers under the sleeve nuts, but thanks for the reminder, where to get them & compatibility info re: 350 bullet.

There are some videos on YouTube of the Triumph factory. Not a torque wrench to be seen even when assembling crankshafts. They just weren't usual tools like they are now.
