My 1990 350 Iron type Bullet has just arrived and it's come with some 'hefty looking' 'Indian Army (I assume)' pannier frames; but no boxes. I am away for work for a day or so but have found an 'army surplas store' nearby that has some 'ammo style boxes' which the lids come off - just curious if these might fit. Has anyone the measurements of boxes that would fit in the frames? Regards Mark

Have a look in the Luggage section of the Accessory Catalogue on the left sidebar, there may be something there that might work? Some dimensions also listed. REgards, Mark

Do you think Jerry cans would fit in them for long distance riding ?

Hi guys-----------sorry for the delay in replying, Mum's not too well, etc.......... I've tried a std. 15 ltr can and it's a tad too wide.............I'll be modifying one of my frames soon --- will post some photos and info as to how it works out----------- Watch this space !!
