OK, Rose Tinted Glasses Time IF: A Trusted Person/Firm Imported the Kits an Charged Kit:? Plus Donner?? Plus Re-Fit etc Then How Much??............
Say Two Grand (Which I dont have) Plus Donner ..I Would Be Interested..BUT Looking At Other Bikes And Specials That Have Gone Before and It Will Be £5 grand Plus Labour ect (IMHO) So £7 Grand Plus Donner?? Is Far To Much Rich For Me,,,"Go On Tempt Us Some One"........Lastly is It Too Early For MPH,BHP.MPG Results From The "Musket" ??......I DO Like it though (350 / 700 or 500/1000 though).....

---------------OK, let's say I've overcome all the various obstacles mentioned, what shall I tell Carole Nash et al. that I'm riding ??? Let's get it re-named as a Flying Flea ??? That should keep the premiums down a wee bit !!!

I see all the same issues as Carberry had, clutch has to be upgraded, like to an expensive belt drive type, frame mods and insurance, rear tyres marginal, front brake marginal, alternator marginal,5 speed box,how long is this going to take that torque? as the needle bearings on the mainshaft are tiny.2 new Harleys for the price of a Carberry, hope Anniket can do much better.

Jack, talking about rear tyres on a Carberry, there is a Carberry heading from Sydney to Alice Springs in the middle of Aus at the moment and it looks like we have to get a tyre flown to Alice tomorrow because you can't buy stuff like that out there. Lucky we have a couple of members flying there for the AGM on the weekend

Good one Leon, pistons don't seen to be a problem out here anymore, and very few would still have floating bushes

Hi Leon,
I just realised the only cast iron Bullet being ridden there is Don's but unlike the last time he rode to Alice where he broke a piston 200 ks from Mount Isa and fitted another on the side of the road, this time he has a 612 with an Ace piston Only problem with that is we only got it running last weekend so he is running it in on the way to Alice. So far he has only had problems with rusty rims causing flats. He is hoping to make Coober Peedy by tonight
