Highway KIt?

I am contemplating a new Enfield, I gather there is a `Highway` package that can be retro fitted without compromising any warranty, could any of you guys out there advise as to what this consists of and how I might benefit from this stuff.

If memory serves; The Highway kit was something offered by Watsonian Squire when they delt in Enfields. It was for the (somewhat 'throttled') Electra X and comprised of a Dellorto carb and a free flow exhaust system. Alas, the Highway kit is no longer available, but our Hosts do offer alternatives.
