Hi folks,
I took my 350 for its MOT yesterday and the sods snapped the decompressor lever. They claimed it had been glued back on in the past, which was a lie. I took the bike away before they broke anything else.
Does anyone have an old Magura decompressor lever in their toolbox that I could have? Our hosts can't help as the Magura controls haven't been made for a while.
And if you live in Cheltenham, where would you recommend I go for an MOT next time round?
Thanks very much!
Adam

Hi, Is it the actual lever that is broken , or is it the pivot part of the switch cluster?

Zippy, It is the actual lever that is broken; the black nylon bit.
Peter, if it's a Minda lever I don't think it'll fit but thanks for the kind offer.
Cheers,
Adam

Adam - the lever comes with its own bracket so is separate from the switchgear... it's just sitting in a box in my shed waiting for someone to use it!

Sorry about the delay replying; I was getting married on Saturday. Managed to involve the Bullet, though it's not easy to start it without a decompressor lever.
Zippy, I think you have the bit I need; black plastic, hole in one side for nipple, black pins each side and screwing to the bottom of the switch cluster all match. My broken bit is only 1 7/8" long though. picmididossau at g mail dot com.
Peter 53, I tried a part that looks like that from Hitchcocks but would need to change the cable and probably need to move to a 1950s handlebar setup to make it work and look right. Thanks very much for looking though.
Cheers guys!

Ok, my bracket looked integral with the switch cluster - but you may be right, I'll double check. But you're welcome to the whole thing if you still need it, as I have a '50s setup and don't need it.
