Has anyone tried one of these and if so are they worth the extra cost?

Hello MARTIN B ------------ have fitted a K & N filter to a Triumph 3-cyl. Thunderbird 900 and to a Honda GL1000 Goldwing.... In my opinion YES, they are worth the extra only IF you intend to keep AND run the bike for a few more years (mainly to "re-coup" that extra expense....They are very much a free-flow element type with their own oil re-spray tin as well and up-jetting is a must...Haven't tried on an Enfield as other, cheaper free-flow types are just as good at this quality level----------you pays yer money, etc !!
