Hi guys-------- am just pondering on this one at the moment as I know our hosts do a full replacement at a reasonable price BUT }---- Has anyone had their cam follower feet metal-sprayed and re-ground in order to re-use them ??... Also, just to refresh my memory but I believe these can be changed without having to split the cases ? (please say YES ??).... I have a heavy duty slide hammer and need to make an adaptor to screw onto the cam follower body---what's the thread, anyone ??------------------Best regards, Alan R

I find cam followers are the slowest wearing parts in the engine but as I went to sports cam shafts our hosts advised new followers so I bought the 90150 kit with bronze guides ( not shown in photo ), they need the puller tool but are lighter and even longer lasting than STD followers , a blow lamp is needed .
