Hi Folk's, i am still having Problems with My Disc Brake, (Brake Works But If Held On The Handle Slowly Moves Back To Bar and brakes come off) So I imagine it is "The Piston Sub Assembly " That Needs Changing:Part560567.as The Piston is Passing Fluids Internal ???............................
So am I Right and Any Advice or Problems to Look out for in the Swap................Thanks All..Craig

Hi Craig, I think your right with your diagnosis... loss of pressure/leakage would be self evident on the calliper end of the system.. So it must be sqeezing past the plunger seal in the master cylinder back into the reservoir when lever held on..

Fairly straight forward to service, check the old seals for obvious signs of breakdown/hardening...if they appear ok then check the cylinder for debris or scoring and transfer holes are clear...if no obvious fault then check as best you can for any crack in the alloy, cylinder to reservoir... if alls ok reassemble with your new plunger kit and make sure system well bleed.... cheers gwilly
