Hi!

Does any one have experience about Powercommander V and AT-200 unit?
I have problems about configuring AT-200. PCV sees wideband2 sensor
but there is no Autotune in PowerCommanderTools -> Configure. You
can select switch 1/2 to Autotune, but configure button stays disabled.
I've removed 2nd fuel map and I have PCV 1.0.6.1 and 1.8.5 FW. I've tried
1.0.6.4 and 1.9.0 but throttle and AFR gauge stopped working.
Installation instructions are very sparse and I may have done installations
in wrong order.

Not terribly "oh fay" with set up but are you sure the PCV can see the Autotune.

Make sure you've got a good earth, black wire from AT200 and red wire switch live is well connected...
Any fuse or switch intact and working...Check plugin to module for bent connector pin, loose connection
CAN cable...

Failing that the Yanks will be awake in three hours, give them a bell/email... gwilly

Hi GWilly!

I have checked earth and supply connector. PCV and AT ground are in same position under the seat and
12v supply is directly from ignition key ( brown wire ). O2 sensor is giving AFR value and values seems
to be correct so CAN bus is working and it recognizes 2 devices. And It added automatically AFR table.
I think it's Firmware issue inside PCV, the autotune module ( I think ) only reads analog signal from O2
sensor and heats it when engine is cold. CAN connectors are very poor quality, lock/latch in connector
doesn't 'click' without excessive force. Maybe I'll make better connectors and cable.

I made a little trip with autotune "ON"?, I'll check if it has done something... still quite cold here in
Finland 12 degrees, but sun is shining.
