Value of 57 350 Bullet

I suppose this is technical. Have a 1957 Bullet (picture P15 No2 on owners bikes) and wondered what it might be worth for sale and separately as an insurance value. The bike is very original - Reg MFR (mad for rovers, Rhian?) original but non transferable and has been rebuilt at top end and lots of bills for Mr H's parts. It has also been checked regularly + more complex jobs done professionally. Rebuilt smiths speedo, new barrel and pistons etc. Magnito ignition and never ever fails to start and runs well. Picture slightly flatters but has been well polished. Borani ? rims Extensive history much from former owners. Any views?
