Rear seat for carrier

I'm thinking of fitting the little detachable rear seat that fits on to the carrier. Only thing is, my regular pillion is my son who demands some sort of sissy bar - the standard item on the 350 bullets is OK.
Anyone any experience of fitting such a thing?
