i have recently bought a royal enfield thunderbird 350 import from india.Itis a 2003 model but has only been registeredin england since 2010 and only done 400 klms.The perspex klms to miles converter has been damaged and needs replacing,has anyone any idea where i could get a replacement,any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Try Wemoto or MPS both online general spares suppliers. Mostly do Jap bits but this sort of thing is widely used on Jap imports too. REgards, Mark

I took the soft option with my imported Lightning. I bought a Motrax speedo converter. It fits between the speedo head and the cable. It converts the speedo from reading in KPH to MPH. No more worrying.

Speedos are well out anyway, get a GPS or the missus in the car to get a true reading and paint them on yourself, or a decent speedo.
