I found a strange KLG FE220 spark plug in my replacement head. looks like it has an adjuster to set the reach and the electrode is flus with the threads. I will post a pic if someone tells me how .... :/

Showed it to a mate, - they said the tip is Platinum...but I think they're pulling my leg...

Hi guys--------- well I never knew that about the Guinness connection !! Have a look at this }---- http://www.gsparkplug.com/shop/spark-pl ... fe220.html -------------- It's not for adjustment, I believe it's to dismantle the top from the bottom. It's how a lot of the early plugs used to be made..ZIPPY, they weren't kidding you...it's a plug designed mainly for racing or fast street use...
