Hi Chalkster. Del orto's were good carbs. Most early Guzzi's, Ducati's and Benelli's had them, so a manual on any of those would have the info. There was a UK company that retailed parts too. Cheers, GWR

Chalkster, your bike is fitted with the Watsonian Squire 'Highway Kit' - as is my bike.
Watsonian sold quite good numbers of them during the lifetime of the Electra X model in the UK.
The carbs are exceptionally reliable and were set up for the sports exhaust / cut down airbox with K&N filter that came as part of the kit.
Watsonians would still have all the data and info on the carbs, it would be worth giving them a call...

HI All thanks for all the replies, I believe it is the watsonian highway kit as the it has the air filter mod, I will give them a call and see what they have, it has also had the sprag clutch removed so Kick start only, and seems difficult to start!! On my previous Electra I fitted the Amal highway kit as it was always easy to kick start, but had a mind of its own and constantly needed readjusting lol
