Could dynamo end plate be repaired the dowel holes at the end have elongated causing armature to rub off side I dont think anybody makes any replacements any advice or help welcome

It should be easy to find a replacement, try Sean Hawker or Pete at Dynamoregulatorconversions.com for a complete rebuild or just parts. REgards, Mark

How about using a metal replacement product such as Loctite make?
