is it posssible to get to the kickstart spindle in the albion gearbox on an indian bulletby removing the outer and innner gearbox covers without removing tje primary drive

Yes you can , get a new gasket and the O ring as well .

Mainshaft nut is left hand thread and as you remove the end cover (inner cover) try and avoid pulling the gears out of the inner layshaft bush. No big deal but easier if you don't but it usually goes back in without too much trouble
