The duplicated posts probably originate from the hidden mice clicking away Sorry, I am in a jokey mood today.

My two pence worth. I recently started a thread here on the forum and after submitting it it loaded to the page of my thread. Over the evening I then refreshed the browser a few ties to see if there had been any replies. Every time I refreshed the browser it asked me if I was sure I wanted to "resend the info." I just clicked yes. It did't take long for me to realise that every time I did this I was re-posting my thread submission and creating a new thread, DUPLICATING IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN. So, in short it was user error caused by lack of familiarity of this forum. I think that this forum should be redone to the "standard" forum style. That way we could all post html images, use formatting and paragraphs etc. I think this would also encourage more people to use the forum as it would be a familiar format for them.
