Hi Selvam,
if that's a close-up from the picture I
think it's taken from, the Fury in question is an American restoration, and the oil feed shown (it's not really a cooler, too small) is actually an American after-market accessory, NOT a genuine Redditch part you will find in any parts books. The factory rocker feed line to the Fury would have been the same as the UK 500cc big head Bullet from 1959-61.

Your best bet for any American-made exotic spares would be Enfield Racing in the USA. They don't list the part you want on their web site, but I would ask them anyway in case they're using an old one as a paperweight!

As far as I know, Doghouse Customs normally just use the normal 500 iron barrel Enfield India Bullet head, but they treat it to some cosmetic work by cleaning up all the rough edges of the casting and polishing the head up a bit. I don't know if they do any tuning work.
The proper 500 Fury head is the same casting as the 1959-61 Redditch big head, but with the inlet port opened out to 1½" (38mm) and the carburettor studs on 65mm centres.
This is a reproduction that our hosts used to sell.

As for a workshop manual, the Redditch 500 Bullet manual for (again) the 1959-61 500 models will cover MOST of it.
The forks, front wheel, ignition and tinware will be a little different, as well as the carburettor, but start there.

The 1955-58 Indian Woodsman and Westerner manual (same download page) might also help.
