After some help , rebuilt a front wheel hub on a 2000 350 bullet.
I refitted everything after fitting two wheel bearings including distance pieces and retainers and I have the following problem.
Brake unit locks up tight when both nuts tightened on wheel spindle.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, this sounds like a clearance problem. See if there is any space between backplate edge and the hub. Alternatively loosen the nut just enough so it will rotate and see if there are any rubbing marks. Have you fitted any washers/shims that make contact with both the inner and outer part of bearing as this will lock up when tight. Vince

Check the parts diagrams (on this website) and make sure you have assembled everything on the axle in the correct order.

Your outer bearing races are probably not fully seated. Take a rubber mallet or similar lump & give the end of the spindle a good clout, both ends may need a tap. It may magically free up after one bash.
