I have just put 200ml of 10W fork oil into my Bullet green laner forks as I wanted a light action, but this lets the forks top out.
I see the tech section states SAE20 or ATF. What weight oil would you use for light action? many thanks

Oil weight won't prevent them topping/bottoming out, it'll just change how quickly it happens. Spring rate, preload and spring length is what determines that. If they are original springs, they are probably well under tolerance by now. The ones in my 350 were a good inch short of a minimum tolerance.
