Hello sprcialists,

My royal classic 500 2017 euro has an ignition problem again.

I have shnap a lid acid battery 9ah relative new.

after replacing the magneto starter and rotor the ignition worked fine for 8-10 weeks.
Now, there is no chargging!!! 11.8v at low and high rpm and starting with kickstarter works for 5-10 sec and stops.
no electric starter. THE WARRNING INDICATOR AT THE CONSOL IS NOT ON.

PLEASE ADVISE WHAT COLD BE WRONG AND HOW CAN I CHECK FOR THE PROBLEM.

I have a fluke volt meter .

Regulator/rectifier would be the first check.
Also standard battery is a 14 AH, why you fit a 9?

I bought the bike with this battery.
Blone charging fuse. replacing it and charging is fine, and the bike runs normally.

I'll replace to a propper battery ASAP
