Interceptor tank drain

After having my 500 C5 stolen and torched I'm now the proud owner of an Interceptor. I've noticed that the drain hole next to the filler cap is blocked, allowing rainwater to accumulate around the filler cap and potentially enter the tank.
I've checked the pipes under the tank and found them to be clear and assume the blockage is in the internal tubing.
Going to contact the dealer on Monday, but has anyone else had this issue?

I'd be tempted to give it a shot with the airline...

Bit of strimmer nylon line will poke its way through.

There are 2 thin pipes which attach to the tank once you have lifted the rear of the tank after undoing the 2 bolts by about 2" - these can be trapped quite easily - I would hesitate with the airline ....

It's just a simple tube, no valves or anything. There will be no issues if you poke something down there to check if it's clear.
