I’ve just bought an Enfield Bullet Trials 2020. Second hand, immaculate, low mileage.

Just been out for my first ride to friends and found my first problem

I’ve found I can’t operate the side stand when on the bike

I’m short and need to put the side stand down to get on. Once on - I’m fine.

Okay early days and I’ve been thinking of ways round this and haven’t really tried as yet, but wondered if anyone else had, had a similar problem or had a suggestion?

Actually just been out in my garage to have a look and I quickly realised you can adjust the foot rest. And I’ve done that and can now operate the side stand.

I’ll look tomorrow may well have to adjust the gear lever as well?
