Just thought I’d mention, as per my Classic 500 thread, keeping the drive chain tension correctly adjusted has rectified my 350 2nd gear issue.

Same issue both bikes now resolved.

One might argue that my chains were too loose, but they were just on the ‘loose’ side of the range. When you ride Transalps, you are aware of not running ‘tight’ chains.
