Anyone fitted the Hitchcocks big bore kit?

What has been your experience?

Ask Hitchcocks how many they have sold.

It's just a lot of money for a little gain.

£810 for the kit
+ £276 for the Powertronic/Powercommander to be able to get any actual performance.

You are spending over £1100 on a bike that costs £4700 new.

And only to get +3-6 hp

You need to love your himi for what it is.

Thanks for your input,
I've got a carb model and I'll be getting the smaller kit without the barrel so 275Pounds plus some machine work - maybe not so bad.

I really like the Himalayan and its power delivery. I don't want more top end poke, just more of the low and mid range that she already has. This seems the simplest way to get it. The dyno chart looks an OK return for the outlay.

Hopefully they have [proven reliable, which is especially what I was seeking input about.

Cheers
Graeme
