Has anyone done anything clever to Crusader forks to give them some damping?

Hi, the version used on trails replicas and I believe meteor minors are damped. Vince

Not particularly clever, but I’ve swapped mine for Indian Bullet forks, ditto front wheel with tls brake...

Bullet forks are a nice idea as have bushes and are damped, but they are designed for bigger wheels than my little 17s.
Whilst i like the idea, I would imagine finding a set of the damped trials ones would be "tough" as the trials boys will have snapped them all up.

Hello, to answer the questions on Bullet fork swap:

Yes, the complete fork assemblies (inner stanchions, sliders and innards). No machining needed but a Bullet front hub is needed.

I used 18” wheels front and back

Hi thanks for this,so I need a complete set of Bullet forks, and Bullet TLS brake plate ,and it should all go together using my existing front wheel/hub assembly and existing front fork top crown
