I have gotten the tip for this, the 535 exhaust valve would cover more surface on the seat and give better cooling.
Today i have recieved a shipment of parts from our host, and discovered that the 535 exhaust valve is smaller then the original? It won't fit?

Have i recieved false information?

I thought it was just the inlet that was larger at 43.5 for the 535 inlet valve.
Exhaust appear to be the same for 500 and 535 efi.
Unless you mean pre unit bikes then yes, there is a larger exhaust valve available PART No. 90053 which is larger head than the standard valve.
Have you ordered a standard 535 valve by mistake?

I ordered the wrong part, did the 535 exhaust valve from the online partsbook, and not the 500/535 oversize valve.
I recieved incomplete information about this part..
