My valve was leaking air and for some reason the first part of the thread was sripped and the valve was loose. Took the head off to get it helecoiled. I ordered the following washers for the valve from Mr H, small 140097, large 140098 and packing 140936. The first two are roundish and look like they are meant to squish up. I suspect the third is a packing washer under the top one as this is how I had it before when it all worked well. Is that correct? Is the packing washer meant to go next to 140098 to make sure there is a good seal at the top when the bottom washer is squished flat?

Yes, Thanks. It seems without that flat washer the top round washer is loose and would leak.

I had to put the top two washes round the other way with the flat washer against the head and the round one above it. When I tried it the correct way as per the picture the round washer just squished out. Lucky I bought two. All is well. Runs fine with no leaks.
