I'd just like to add a word of caution for anyone thinking of fitting the PL9052 pannier rack...it may take some wrangling!
When I say some... I need a welder and fabricator to make it fit. I have a 2015 C5 and the Givi rack is for a 2019...everything kind of lines up except the lower mounts that should go through the elongated holes in the strenghthening plate around the rear light. One side is close but requires some bending the other side is considerably off. I guess Enfields are a little more' bespoke' than other marques. Simple task it is not. That explains why the Hitchcocks version has threaded adjustable ends!

Yes, I think they assemble the frame around the engine....They made a lot of the bikes being hand built back then (mine’s a 2015 too). I think a gorilla built mine. The Hitchcocks frames are pretty good and ajustable, like you say. The Givi panniers do stick out a bit though.

Thanks for the heads up here. I have our hosts emailing me when they get them back in; in other words, I’m getting some.

I do find the ad strange that it says 2019, I thought they were the same; mine’s a 2017.
