The needle jet size makes no sense to me, the normal needle jet for a monobloc is a 106

But you have got something to go on

Hope it helps Dai

Surely the 1967 had a Concentric - certainly later on in the year they did ? Our Host's on line parts books list both the Monobloc and the Concentric in 1967.

Thanks for all your help and advise .The bike was first registered April 1967 and it appears that both carb types (376 and 389 ) were fitted from 1966 but the mid 67 model was more likely fitted with the 389 . I think on balance I will go with the 389 of course both would work but it's nice to try and keep the bike as original as possible .
Thanks again

I am willing to be corrected but as far as I am aware only the Monobloc is correct. I believe the 376 (smaller choke size) was used for the Continental (not GT) and possibly 1965 GT's. Otherwise the 389 (larger choke size) is used.

The Hitchcocks online parts book may be misleading. I think they are offering the Concentric as a cheaper and more readily available alternative to the Monobloc. I have the original parts book for Continental GT's and the 389 is the only carb listed.
