Here in USSA we have Alcohol in the fuel it attracts water.... AMAL carrbs have a transverse drilling in the pilot jet... One drop of water in that drilling and the cylinder won't fire right...

i am rebuilding a 59 connie and have drilled the inlet manifolds and tapped and fitted a removable screw so i can fit my carb balancing kit to get the arbs correct to each other
