Hi all due to outside pressures the re build of my bullet has been delayed, and as it has been a little while since I stripped the parts and also my advancing years mentally, can anyone please tell me if the oil seal on the rear of the final drive casing from gearbox drive to clutch ,is there a spacer or does the seal ride just prior to the clutch drive splines on the shaft its self as it enters the final drive casing.

Taper,
I assume you are talking about the inner primary case seal and if so it should run on the shaft just past the end of the splines

thanks Norm, your comment has re assured me that the seal runs directly on the shaft without any spacer ,on my bullet the seal apears to be very close to the splines and I wonder if anything could be out of line?
