Help..... one of the threads for the pilot lights will need a repair (screw just spinning) just thinking of the best route to repair it? Any thoughts? I’m thinking have it plugged with a weld and tap it to the correct thread size which is?🤔
Any thoughts with the above really appreciated, also I’m about to take the casquette for a 2nd journey to the powder coaters due to the powder coating been to thick and not allowing the rim to fit☹️ Live and learn, any advice.
Thanks, Steve.

I would just helicoil both and replace both screws it will probably be cheaper to go metric
Can't remember the size 3 or 4 mm I would think
Hope this helps Dai

Mine are self tappers....

If they partly plug the holes with powder coating, that would work...
