Another chance for me to upset people
Opinions vary on this
I would say a couple of hundred miles putting light load on the engine
Go by feel give it more revs and load as it loosens up
Don't blame me when it goes bang

First check the piston clearance.
If OK give the liner a light hone, this will help with the bedding in.
As you're only bedding in the piston ring's at that moment.
With a bedding in of 5OOkm, under different loads/rpm's will largely suffice.

As above, I'd hone the cylinder too, that's what beds the rings in properly over the first 100 miles or so.

To be honest unless the barrel shows glazing I don't hone
All I do is check ring gap if the gap is around the 4tho. per inch of bore it's good to go
As I said people have different views on this
Cheers Dai

During assembly, I checked all the clearances with the feeler gauge, I also looked at the cylinder well, and it was perfect. I think I did a good job ... thank you all for the information!
