Would anyone know how I go about finding the dimensions for a royal enfield Indian 4 speed gearbox mainshaft (111165) I have which is not allowing the fitment of a dog and gear wheel at the kickstart end.

Hi, the 15t gear and the dog can be a tight fit, I have to use heat and a hand press to get them on. This can be a problem if you are mixing Redditch and indian parts. Vince
