The 500/700 hubs wheel bearing has a larger external diameter than the 350 but this can be sleeved down to fit the 350 hub... Otherwise everything else lines up nicely.

I have a brand new Indian sprocket/drum bought in error. It’s a 3-vane, 38 tooth one and mine needs a 4-vane one. Apparently suits half-width hubs. I can send a picture...
