Can 250 clipper front forks be used to replace India bullet front forks ? I know clippers don't have hydraulic damping .

What year and model is your Indian Bullet? And which version of the Clipper are we talking about? Unit or pre-unit?

If your Indian Bullet forks and the Clipper forks both have the external thread on the top of the stanchions you should be able to swap them over OK, though you might want to check that they're the same overall length. What's wrong with the Bullet forks in this case?

The more recent Indian Bullets (though not all of them) have plain top stanchions, but then so do some Redditch bikes...

The 1999 Bullet will have threaded fork tops, see what your Clipper has. Parts book any help?
