Norm it seems that oil capacity for the C5 fork is 195cc or (ml)
It was 200cc but some riders were blowing fork seals over rough ground..
Received wisdom is around 190cc is good and probably better than the 100cc of black treacle you get out…
10 or 20weight fork oil depending on loading required..
B5/G5 is 265cc @ SAE 10-30 oil At least you can add some or remove some easily on these…
