This is interesting as i've a '46 RE flea in exactly the same condition! Although its in pieces and missing a couple of parts, forks for eg. I've not started to tackle it yet as i'm currently restoring the later RE2 model. Keep us updated on how it goes! I've a couple of spares i've picked up so if some of the tinware is too far gone you may be in luck! Unfortunately I dont have a front mudguard, mine has also gone to pieces.

Zelda; I'd be intrigued to see pictures of your machines, is there a lot of difference between the '46 and the RE2?

If you could send some pics of the '46 to my username @gmail.com I'd be most greatful; it might show me what else is missing!
