Thanks for all the replies - Yes I probably whent a bit rough over the gravel roads before it all happened. It was a matter of testing the new Continental TK 80's I just had fitted - fantastic off road. Yes - the suspension bottomed out several times and I actually adjusted the rear shocks a bitt stiffer to eliminate this. When I get my bonus towards the end of this year I will definetly upgrade the rear shocks to Hagons or someting similar for the interim I had to spend my hard earned cash on a new chain and sprocket. I will post some picks over the weekend when I put the whole thing togheter.
For the bracket itself I was thinking on installing a bracket on both sides of the frame and cylinder head with perhaps some rubber washers inbetween to absorb any flex and vibrations?
