Maybe a mix of quality fault and twisting it too thight to solve the leaking (when it already did)
With the new one, shall i use a viton washer again of a copper washer?

Whichever you want, the washer isn't where it leaked. I would use a viton washer but the book part is copper. Either should work fine.

One thing you could do is lap the taper on the oil pipe against the "cup" on the fitting with some fine grinding paste to ensure it is a very good fit. Obviously it would be utterly essential to remove any traces of grinding paste before fitting.

Also the feed pipe seems to leak a bit at the junction.. Cannot really se a tear or something, If so i could try some soldering..

I'd be tempted to de-grease, apply some flux then heat and cool it with it loosely assembled on the bike. I have visions of it all falling apart if you try to re-solder it on the bench.

Hmm that's a good point.. first i have to locate the leak.. maybe it can be fixed with epoxy or 2-compo-stuff..
If it doesn not work after 1st attempt i will simply replace the part...

Step 1 is solve the leaking at the lower connection..

Is it possible to get a bullet non-leaking?

I don’t want to tempt fate, but my 2002 350 does not leak.
Saying that, there is some misting.

I remember years ago seeing a thread about the three types of ‘leak’.

Worst is a leak.
The least is a mist.
The middle I cannot remember; I think seep?

The only oil that drips off mine has come out of the breather.
