The risk with blast cleaning is that even one tiny particle of "grit" may remain in the plug orifice somewhere and then escape in order to grind up and down in your bore for ever more......

Valid point "P" Must admit the only plug i ever clean through necessity is on the old grass mower, (burns a bit of oil when cold and whiskers up sometimes)

The enfield runs an iridium plug which shouldn't be cleaned or adjusted according to manufactures instructions, i just change it every five years whether it needs it or not..

Kind of treat for the old boy..
