Thanks for that Adam - mine does have a headlamppak sothat maybe causing the problem.

Just for info. I asked Hitchcocks for their advice and they said that the headlamp position would be set at the factory and that there is very little adjustment available.

I had forgotten, but I have already solved this. Get some rubber tape or similar. remove the clips that hold the glass in, insert rubber or similar stuff between glass and metal rim (lower half to lower beam, upper half to heighten beam) reassemble with clips and friggin' voila!

I thought about packing out the space between bezel and glass with something but never got round to it (been busy getting the Panther M120 road ready after tooooo long). I will give it a go soon, maybe acquire another peak and a new hacksaw blade?

I didn't have to modify my headlamp peak, but there again, I can't remember if I was moving the thing up or down.
